01. Introduction

Luxury Methods LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates DexTracker, a native iOS application available on the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have over your data.

By downloading or using DexTracker, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

02. YouTube API Data & Google Services

DexTracker integrates with the following Google/YouTube APIs to provide creator analytics and content discovery features:

• YouTube Data API v3 — used to fetch video titles, view counts, thumbnails, channel metadata, and to power Underground Radar content discovery searches.
• YouTube Analytics API — used to retrieve retention data, CTR metrics, and video performance data for your connected channel.
• Google OAuth 2.0 — used to authenticate your Google account and request permission to access your YouTube channel data on your behalf.

Data Retention for YouTube API Data: YouTube analytics data (views, retention, CTR) displayed in the app is fetched in real time and not permanently stored on our servers. Any locally cached data on your device is cleared when you disconnect your YouTube account or delete the app.

Revoking YouTube Access: You can disconnect your YouTube account from DexTracker at any time from within the app's Settings screen. You can also revoke all access via Google Account Security → Third-party apps with account access. Revoking access immediately stops DexTracker from making any further API calls on your behalf.

DexTracker's use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

03. Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the app:

• Google Account Info: Your email address, display name, and profile photo, used for authentication via Google Sign-In. We do not store your Google password.
• YouTube Channel Data: Video metadata, analytics metrics, and search results accessed via YouTube APIs as described in Section 02.
• App Usage Data: Which features you use, session duration, and feature interaction counts. Used to improve the app and personalize your experience.
• AI Interaction Data: Prompts you submit to Grok or the script/title generation tools. These are processed via third-party AI APIs (OpenAI) and are not used to train AI models without your explicit consent.
• Subscription Status: Managed entirely by Apple StoreKit. We receive only a receipt token to verify your subscription tier. We never see or store your payment card information.
• Onboarding Preferences: Your creator identity and pain point selections from the onboarding flow, stored locally on your device to personalize the experience.

04. How We Use Your Data

Data collected is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate your identity and maintain your session
• Display your YouTube channel analytics, retention data, and CTR metrics
• Power Underground Radar content discovery searches
• Generate AI-assisted title suggestions, scripts, and comment replies
• Verify your subscription status and grant access to Pro features
• Personalize Grok AI responses based on your creator profile
• Improve app performance and fix bugs

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not share your data with any party except as required to operate the service (e.g., YouTube API calls to Google, AI prompts to OpenAI).

05. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service:

• YouTube API data (views, retention, CTR): fetched in real time, not permanently stored on our servers. Cached locally on your device only during active sessions.
• Account information (email, display name): retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
• App usage and feature data: retained for up to 12 months to improve the app, then deleted.
• AI interaction logs: not retained beyond the active session. We do not store a history of your Grok conversations on our servers.

Deleting the app from your device removes all locally stored data immediately. Server-side data associated with your account is deleted within 30 days of receiving a deletion request.

06. Third-Party Services

DexTracker integrates with the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google / YouTube — Authentication and YouTube API access. Google Privacy Policy
• OpenAI — Powers Grok AI assistant, title generation, and script brainstorming. OpenAI Privacy Policy
• Apple / StoreKit — Manages all subscription billing and payment processing. Apple Privacy Policy
• Fly.io — Backend infrastructure for clip processing. Data processed ephemerally and not permanently stored. Fly.io Privacy Policy

07. Your Rights

You have the following rights over your data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Revocation: Revoke YouTube API access at any time via Google Account Security Settings.
• Portability: Request an export of your data in a portable format.
• Opt-out: Disconnect your YouTube account from within the app at any time to stop all YouTube data access.

08. Children's Privacy

DexTracker is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at dexclantvs@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

09. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure OAuth token handling, and no storage of sensitive credentials on our servers. Your YouTube OAuth tokens are stored securely on your device using iOS Keychain.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify users via the app where appropriate. Continued use of DexTracker after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
